I also add raisins, All Bran Buds or Grape Nuts, and sometimes oatmeal. You'll need to add more milk if you do. You want the mix to be not thin, but not real thick. Add some pumpkin pie spice too! Makes them REALLY good!

I just threw this together, and it was SO good. I had it cold, but it could also be heated. Mix up a whole batch and refrigerate for later.

This is THE only banana bread/muffin recipe I use. I usually add more bananas because I like it moist, and a little bit more vanilla. It's best made into muffins.
