This recipe is way healthier than the Campbells soup! This warm and delicious soup has only half the calories and just a quarter of the sodium!

Two mini cups equal one serving!!!
Put all ingredients (but only one cup of spinach) in food processor and mix until smooth. Then, I chop the other cup of fresh spinach and add to dip to give it some texture. Serve with home made pita chips or veggies. YUM/
This is a hearty salad with lots of flavor. Make ahead and better next day! Add a few strips of chopped crisp bacon for extra flavor!!!
