Quick fix Broccoli Cheese Soup. Makes 2 1.5 cup servings. A little high on the calories....but this soup is hearty enough to make a meal.

Recipe really needs low fat home made graham cracker crust.
This recipe yields 8 - 1 cup servings. The most important ingredient is the pasta itself, it is lowfat and you can't tell!
I know I make omelettes the hard way, I know that :), but it works for me. It just takes a little practice.
This recipe used an organic mushroom soup which is probably lower in calories/fat than regular. Quick and Easy.
Low Fat and DELICIOUS! Must be eaten with Pacific Organic Creamy Tomato Soup. Worthy of a last meal...:)
Warning though: HIGH in salt!
This was a healthy and filling lunch! We served these with a bowl of fresh cherries for a side...yummy!
I used ancient sweet red peppers, they are huge and delcious
