This has over 8 grams protein. I made it with salt the first time but I don't think it needs it, so I took it out. Try to use real Parmigiano-Reggiano. Nutritional Yeast is available in most Health Food stores in the bulk section.
I had all of these on hand and knew that it would be great... and it is! Super anti-oxidant.
Do not be scared off by the long instructions... I just want to be as descriptive as possible : )
