Yorkshire Pudding or Popovers (low fat, low sodium, lactose free)

This recipe is very easy to make. Yorkshire pudding is a traditional, hollow, bread-like, giant muffin looking side that's not pudding at all. A wonderful addition to any meal. Serve on Thanksgiving, Christmas or any occasion.

These are so good. I recommend always making a double batch so that everyone can have at least two. Serve with gravy, butter, honey, or my favorite - just plain.

Turkey Picatta (low fat, low sodium, low cholesterol)

Very flavorful dish that my Mom whipped up one day. Everyone liked it. Hopefully reading the ingredients will give you an idea of what it tastes like. The sauce would taste great on rice or pasta.
