A healthy version of the miracle quiche that needs no crust, but makes its own. You can add spinach,, drained and chopped, but it will increase the sodium, which is already pushing the limit.
These taste very much like a dessert, almost like the famous Baby Ruth bars.
This is a vegetable side dish. It does not contain chicken. If you want it as a main dish casserole, add chicken and adjust nutrition information accordingly.
This recipe uses non-diet ingredients, but just less of the "bad" ones. Really compares to a fat-rich cheesecake, but won't ruin the diet.
A really good substitute when you can't have the "real thing."
You can substitute vegetables.
