THIS IS A RECIPE I FOUND IN EATING WELL MAGAZINE AND LIGHTENED UP BY USING EGG SUBSTITUTE INSTEAD OF EGGS.
LITE PINEAPPLE CAKE
I USED YOGURT IN PLACE OF OIL AND 1 EGG WHITE AND 1 EGG TO CUT FAT IN THIS RECIPE. I ALSO USED 50% LOWER SUGAR CAKE MIX.
