Such a great way to start out the morning!

So we attempted to make 'Wicked Good Turkey Lasagna" but we changed it around a bit.

A mixture of zucchini, mushroom, onion, garlic, and crushed tomatoes sauted in a bit of olive oil.
This meal is great served over brown rice! It is really quick and easy to make.
Fron the weight watchers site( 4 pts per serving). Keep in mind that everyone has a different spice threshold. Make the dish on the mild side and leave spices on the table so your family and friends can choose their own amount of heat.
