I was cooking breakfast for everyone and was frustrated because I was fighting not to eat all the scrumptious foods I was cooking for my husband and son. I didn't want to work out and feel it would be a waste of time. I needed to energy and less hungry. So I made myself a yummy smoothie !
This is a smoothie for when your having a heavy workout
Great for anytime, Breakfast , snack , Lunch
Refreshing and helps to curb that sweet tooth without all that fat and sugars.

Pineapple upside down cake with no oil ! no whole eggs I wanted cake but without the saturated fat of the egg yolk and the calories of the oil. So I substituted whole eggs with egg whites and the oil for applesauce. The results Delicious!
