You can use any pie filling you choose.
You can add pecans, raisins and cranberries as a little extra or just play around with the ingredients and find what works the best for you.

*For smaller cookies cut the brownie squares in half and use less dough when making the pillows, Yield 36 cookies and half the calories per*
Play around with the recipe our just make as is. If you like nuts try adding finely crushed walnuts or pecans. And as always top with cool whip or reddi whip or fresh whipped cream. Or just pain vanilla ice cream / frozen yogurt work great as well

The tapioca does what the egg custard should have done for this pie..... It's Delicious, and Reduced the Fat by a lot!!

Here is a delicious, light cake that will hit any sweet spot you may have. You can omit the cream cheese frosting and go for just cool whip free on top of the cake or a reduced sugar vanilla cake.
Another variation for topping is a can of cherry pie light filling sprinkled with the coconut and then a dollop of cool whip free on each persons plate....umm umm good
