butternut squash muffins

healthy and good. I used leftover butternut cubes from dinner the night before.

Traditional Tapioca Pudding for a Large Crowd

This is the traditional tapioca recipe increased for a crowd. This recipe makes one gallon, so it has 32 servings, enough for a hungry youth group!

dark chocolate syrup

three ingredients, very easy!

Cabbage burgers

This is one of those hearty comfort foods that is really healthy and filling. A meal in itself.

Oatmeal Pancakes

From a German friend, my best memory of her now. She called them Dags, and this recipe has been in her family for a long time. These are especially good topped with honey, or applesauce and cinnamon.

baked beans

a favorite boston baked beans recipe without the tomato.

red pepper dip

great for dipping artichokes or for topping meat or vegetables

Homemade Chili

I like this, because I am allergic to tomatoes, and cannot eat most chili recipes. This one is also good, because it has a secret ingredient, dry cocoa, which makes it really good.

Fiber Blend Supplement

This is my version of a fiber blend like metamucel. No sugar or anything artificial. The spices each have a health benefit for the colon. I take I tablespoon a day in a glass of water with about 1 oz of juice. All ingredients should be finely ground.
