This is a good mix of protein and carbs and not too hard a hit on the calories for 1 cup that is very filling. You can also add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil for smoother texture, but I'd advise just a smidge right before eating because if you add while making the pasta will just absorb it and you'll end up using more. Remember to add any added oil or dressing into your calorie count.
