My grocery stores local deli makes a delicious buffalo chicken wrap, and I have lightened it up by only using one cheese, fat free ranch, and flatout bread. This makes a great lunch. I like to have it with an apple for lunch.
This was a recipe introduced in a date night cooking class I took. I absolutely LOVED it. It's absolutely delicious.... yet for 1 of these, the calories were in the 1000 calorie range :( So I've slimmed it down to a much more manageable number, and it's STILL delicious!
