The servings are a little high calorie, but you should've seen the numbers for the original recipe! This is just a modified version of one of my favorite fall treats. Enjoy in moderation!
Note: Sometimes I omit the salt. I find a lot of pre-packaged nuts are salty enough, and it cuts back a lot of the sodium.
This is a yummy, filling, vegetarian chili that's great for warming up on a cold autumn evening.
This is slightly modified from one of my mom's rich and wonderful recipes. It can still be modified further by using fat free cheese, adding more veggies, using low sodium soups, or anything else you think is appropriate. I'm just glad to be able to eat an old favorite without feeling like I'm cheating. =)
This makes a light, chewy cookie that can be enjoyed with zero guilt.
A good way to "spice up" the normal waffle. Great for winter breakfasts and cures that gingerbread cookie craving without much fat or any added sugar.
This is very yummy, low in fat and one bowl fills you up without weighing you down. Using ground turkey instead of beef is a good way to cut the fat without losing any flavor.
