This is so easy and nutritious for a quick morning meal. Spread a couple tablespoons on a whole wheat tortilla, roll it up, heat it up, and enjoy with black coffee.
I did not include seasonings in the recipe, because this is recipe is so versitile - I make it differently each time. Sometimes I prepare it similar to chili, sometimes I make it curried, and sometimes I use Italian seasonings. Be creative and use your own favorite seasonings. :)
