Ground beef version of the spicyKorean dish with rice cakes.
AKA spicy rice cake, dduk bok gi, Ddukbokkie, 떡볶이
This stew is extremely filling!
Easily adaptable to feed the whole family and kids love to eat out of a pumpkin!
Tastes good on veggies or as a base for Mac 'n Cheese. Recipe makes 2 generous portions.
4 Thin Buns (this recipe used Earthgrain whole wheat)
2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes
1 TBS Balsamic Vinegar
Basil, 12 leaves
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 TBS olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Worth the effort. Egg and turkey bacon with avocado and special sauce on WW muffin. Healthy fats and fresh tasting, Great weekend treat!
Grapes, pineapple, banana, apple, carrots, spinach & juice
banana, pineapple, mixed fruit, OJ, flax, almonds, kiwi, carrots, spinach
banana. frozen fruit, carrot, spinach, kiwi, monavie.
Huge smoothie to get you through the day
Mixed frozen berries, banana, spinach, flax, nonfat milk. Yum!
Makes 1 giant 16oz serving. Gets you going in the morning
Green smoothie with mango, mixed fruit, yogurt, banana, coconut & spinach. Makes enough for 1 - 16oz or 2 - 8oz. Pretend you're on vacation!

YOU DON"T TASTE THE SPINACH

Absolutely awesome! Not your low fat but oh so good. I am going to try and make a lower cal version, but I wanted to include this keeper first.
I make these for my son's (high school) lunch. Because rice paper sticks like glue when wet I place each roll in a romaine leaf to make packing up easier.
Not your lowfat version, but in moderation a great addition to boring winter meals.
Like curry? Not a fan of Cabbage?
Try this low cal veggie side dish and you might become a cabbage lover. Or at least friends.
