This dish was one of my family's faves but I was attempting to make it healthier. I used whole wheat tortillas, extra lean ground beef (I'm going to try turkey next time) and low fat cheddar cheese. The family still loved it and has asked for me to make it that way again.
This recipe came from a friend of mine and was delicious!
This took me under 30 minutes but tasted like it simmered all day

|Football Season Fast and Easy
We are football nuts. But with practice 2 hours a night, 5 nights a week, we usually find ourselves grabbing burgers out. This year however, we're committed to eating healthy and eating at home. My plan is to use my crockpot whenever possible so this is a compilation of our favorite recipes. Enjoy:)
