Warm Potato Salad Slightly Smashed
My daughter asked for stuffed peppers. This is what I came up with.
The yellow, orange, and red peppers are more nutritious than the green so that is what I used.
I love to start my day with this smoothie!!
Delicious, filling, and Healthy!!!
Have it for breakfast, or as a dessert.
I am just experimenting with different combos to come up with a tasty quick breakfast. This actually fills you up, and keeps you feeling satisfied for about 4 hours.
