I modified the recipe for some yummy cookies someone made us from Germany. Switching the cereal to Kashi and adding a bit of protien powder brings each cookie in at 104 calories and 3 grams of protien. I nice treat!
Homemade protien bars offer a good substitute to expensive store bought bars, and they are easy to make. I used ISO Femme vanilla protien powder; nutritional content may vary depending on the protien powder you use.
A great chili made with groud turkey instead of ground beef for a healthier altenative. Spices can be adjusted to taste! Enjoy! :)
This is easy to make and delicious. It makes a great side dish or a good lunch dish.
