This is an amazing recipe for fall. I had this at a local restaurant and recreated. You can change the amount of whipping cream and butter to suit your needs and taste. You can also eliminate the onion, if you choose. Also, in the past, I have marinated the pork in light soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. Very simple. Great with whole grain rice and a vegetable.
This is a combo of a couple of the shrimp pasta recipes on this sight. I had to adapt to what I had on hand.
