MAde with homemade chicken stock. I used someone else's stock for the ingredient list so it has bumped up the sodium - my stock had no extra salt so would have been lower :)
Was making meatloaf for the extended family and my sis is vege and GF - no recipes I could find had enough protein so I made one up - Made it into muffin cases so she could take some for lunch!!
Gluten Free - using corn crumbs instead of breadcrumbs or oats :)
Not very healthy but at least there is inbuilt portion control :p
Guilt-free Dessert.
Top with fresh fruit and natural yoghurt (not included in calculation).
Perfect sauce for tricking the kids we're off the diet!!
Team with pasta and vege for lasange or other pasta bake type meals which the kids love :)
Made this as my son had tonsillitus and needed soft, nutritious food :)

Looking after my sister, her newborn and two toddlers and the oven died. Microwave baking is what we have resorted to!!
Really is just baked custard but sounds snazzy when you say healthy creme brulee :)

Modified Breadmaker Recipe. The wholemeal flour make this homemade dough really nutty and yummy. This serving size is for small pita bread size pizzas or large slices.
No butter. This is for 7-8 normal size muffins but if you make mini muffins the calorie count would halve at least...only if you can stop at one!
This is a modified recipe for a breadmaker it has just enough white flour to bind it but lots of whole wheat flour and seeds it is YUM! But still a special treat for Sundays:)
