Vegetarian pasta dish high in fiber and low in fat. You can add cooked chicken if you want to make it non-vegetarian.
Old fashioned turkey or chicken noodle soup. Recipe is calculated with cooked dark meat chicken.
Not a lot of ingredients and less than 200 calories per 1/2 cup serving.

All the flavor, and very little fat
Thick and hearty lentil soup good for those cold winter nights. The smoked sausage is optional. If not using, deduct 60 calories from each serving.
This vegetarian casserole looked good when I saw it in the local paper - thought I would share. Recipe originally called for reduced fat cheese.
Just a regular green salad. I needed to put this in a recipe so I didn't have to calculate items seperately each time
A chunky low-fat, high fiber spaghetti sauce
