Very quick and easy and fairly calorie friendly.
Quick, Easy, and delicious. Calorie count is low without the cheese, tortillas, sour cream topping. Of course you can go l.f. or ff. on those as well.

63 calories, 2 grams of fat and 300 mil of sodium
Bake seasoned Mahi Mahi in foil for 20 - 25 minutes. Then flake into other ingredients and simmer until blended. I add a lot of pepper and some kosher salt
