Fast, Homemade and Yummy!
Serve this dip with fresh fruit or vanilla waffers
This is one great hearty homemade soup!! Like Grandma use to make.
You also want to add Cajun seasoning to your liking.
Makes 6 Mini loaf pans - Easy to freeze
Each loaf pan is 2 servings
Use as many fat free substitutes as possable to lower calorie intake.
Makes 4 servings - 2 tacos ea.
Add some Frito jalopeno cheddar cheese sauce to spice it up a bit.
Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.
For a more calorie / fat friendly meal make using low fat low sodium options it tastes just as good!
Add more or less jalapeno depending on your preferance. If you like it hot another great way to spice up your bowl of chili is with a teaspoon or 2 of seraucha chili pepper sauce.
We like to add cheese, low-fat sour cream and/or noodles to our chili everyonce in a while to change things up a bit.
