Delicious Puree Soup that has a smooth, bright green finish and a savoury and layered flavour.
spicy and low in fat. use reduced sodium broth, rinsed canned chickpeas and dried/fresh herbs instead of added salt.
a filling, high protein salad made with heart-healthy olive oil and flavorful tahini.
use sparingly as a glaze. Use reduced sodium soy sauce.
nice for poultry, hearty fish, pork.
modified from Martha Stewart recipe. very nice, you can use less butter and sugar, or more, to taste. Very easy prep, most of the time is just in baking and cooling.
very filling, great for sunday-dinner leftovers.
