My kids favorite, with healthy adaptations. The nutritional information only includes the information for garlic, but I have also used Italian Seasonings in this.
I just kind of threw things in a pan one night. An abundance of summer squash from my garden, patio tomatoes from my plants, and a can of Bush's Great Northern Beans.
This can be served as a side dish or entrée.
