Here's a simple but exciting spinach salad that can be whipped up in a hurry. Great for lunches but can also be made in larger sizes to accommodate a party.
This recipe is originally made with vanilla gelato but frozen vanilla yogurt was substituted in for the "Sparked" alternative. Feel free to make the original if you have any spare calories and/or want to indulge. Also the ginger syrup can be generic and there are various recipes to make them. Make it to your individual tastes and tolerance.
