This is a recipe my mom has been using for years. I adjusted a few things to lower the sodium and fat so I hope you enjoy. It is a little spicy so be careful if you give it to your little ones. All I know is I loved it when I was a kid and still do. I didn't put salt in the ingredients because it's your choice to put salt in.
Very tasty chili light on the salt and heavy on the flavor. Feel free to kick it up any way you like.
I found this recipe online, modified it a tiny bit, and I love it. I like it for the awesome texture and the fact it is SO filling on such a small amount. If you like sweet, creamy, and spicy then this is for you.
