start with the Contessa Shrimp Primavera prepackaged in your grocer's freezer. Recipe is from their website. (They called for 8 large eggs.)

I didn't have any Cool Whip Free, but I recommend using it rather than the regular Cool Whip.

Who says you can't eat delicious cooked foods on the Daniel Fast? This oatmeal was great!

I took a delicious Oatmeal Cake recipe from a dear friend of mine, (other wise lovingly refereed to by her as "Spit" cake") and I converted some of the items to make it more "calorie" friendly!

I am not sure what to call this, or what you could even do with it! I just ate mine by itself, but I guess you could put it in a pie crust, or something! :)

I mixed all kinds of cold cereal together with raisins, crasins, fla seed ground, and almonds.
A healthy (GUILT FREE) pancake to enjoy!
(Sodium is a bit high though)

I just threw a few things together in a bowl tonight for dinner! It was great! you can add more beans, veggies, cheeses, spices, or take them away, according to your pallet!
Oh!, and if you can make it ahead and let the flavors mingle together it's even better! (like over night)
