No Knead Whole Wheat Bread

Baked in a cast iron dutch oven, this whole wheat loaf is hearty with a soft interior and crusty exterior, and requires absolutely no kneading. Started the day before, it provides impressive results, and grows stale in less than 2 days, so it isn't so tempting to have around long term.
