Honestly..... I had to come up with something to use the ingredients in my fridge :) You can pair these with so many different things: pita and romaine with a little hummus for a sandwich, rice, noodles, orzo pasta. The list goes on and on!
I made this up with what ingredients I had on hand one day. While adding red pepper isn't traditional, I added it for color and vitamin c.
