Made it up as I went... needed to use some quinoa flour. Could be made vegan with ground flaxseed and veg oil.

These cookies are delicious and super moist! At the end you can add chocolate chips or frost them with a Brown Sugar glaze and they're incredible!
This is a minimally edited version of the Rainbow Gardens (Ogden, UT) favorite. They're great for breakfast with Honey or Jam. Unfortunately the batter has to sit overnight before being cooked.
I didn't use low fat cheese bc I didn't have any. Doing that would lower the calories and fat content. Also, I bought flour tortilla's with 3 ingredients and no fat instead of whole grain tortillas with LOTS more ingredients, some of which were unpronounceable. Whole grain would be better so long as they were the healthiest choice!
Very yummy pasta sauce. Its a fall back on for lunch or dinner and freezes really well! The nutritional info is for 10 servings, however it may be a bit off depending on how much sauce you use on your spaghetti
This was supposed to be more of a chicken with veggies dish (see the Easy Slow Cooker Dinner recipe) but I let it boil too long, so I added a rue and turned it into a stew. It is Delicious!
A creamy, cheesy dish thats a bit different than the enchiladas most people are used to! Reduce the fat with low fat CoChicken soup and low fat/low carb tortillas. For a more gooey texture use a second can of soup.
