With lots of mushrooms and spinach, and an egg substitute, these are super yummy!
Poor man's recipe, very yummy. I prefere to use a crock pot, on low it takes about 6 to 7 hours.
The broth is made by using left over turkey and turkey bones. The turkey is cooked on a low setting in a crock pot for no less than 3 days to create a perfect stock for the broth.
