OMG! I did it...this tastes peppery but yummy. I never cooked with lentils before!

If you like peppers, I'll bet they would also be good in this.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray. Soften butter in microwave, stir in sugar and egg. Add everything except flour and apples and mix to combine. Stir in flour, stir in apples. Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes or until brown.
Yummy and just 48 calories!
