If you can, add 1Cup frozen corn and 1 Cup onion, and pour over chip (I didnt add to the recipe cause I'm keeping it Atkins friendly
Induction friendly - you can do one 8oz pkg cream cheese, one pint Heaving whipping cream, and 3 TBS SF Da Vinci syrup of your choice

If yer gonna cheat on the holidays - why not do it with real Mashed Potatoes instead of the peacan pie?? As your guests listen to the recipe and t hink you're crazy you'll just smile ... then they'll taste it and beg you for the recipe!
This is time consuming but real easy to make!

This is for the full monty - no reduced calories or sugar ... if you were to do a lower calorie drink the numers are cut in half or more ... but the taste is sacrificed. ALthough I do wonder abot Splenda Brown Sugar ~ if someone tries it to save on nutritional values and it's good, PLEASE let me know!!
This calls for over night refigeration, so plan ahead! Also calls for tangerine peels ... if you cant find tangerines or the juice you can substitute for oranges, bt there are more calories and such to be added. ... excellent for a special occasion (boss over, Holidays, ect) ~ I am no where near a great cook, but this is truly easy to make and is asked for from retn visitors/friends
I wanted the nutritional value of this meal without the noodles added in. I also didnt have the low fat cheese, so wanted to see what this equaled out to.
