"This big, soft, yeasted flatbread goes well with just about any entree or soup. We make it when we want fresh bread without too much fuss. It's very basic, so try experimenting with different fresh herbs and chopped olives."
It's delicious just as is with the White Bean and Roasted Garlic Soup from "Vegan with a Vengeance." It's also awesome with sun-dried tomatoes kneaded into the dough, or as individual rolls. I make this on a pizza pan to give it an extra-good crust.
