Using the Kitchens of India sauce (until I learn how to make my own), I've created a vegetarian, protein rich Korma.
A basic smoothie with a flaxseed twist.
Indian-inspired chickpea dish based on root veggies an chickpeas. Vegan. Lactose free. Gluten free if prepared that way.
Throw-it-all in and make some soup!
Ingredients are approximate, I have to pay closer attention next time.
