This makes for a good paleo breakfast.
Original recipe from Cheri at lowcarbfriends.com as modified. Makes an unique & outstanding BBQ sauce.
Nutritional info assumes 1/2 of the melted butter gets eaten.
No need to bake, just microwave on high for 2 minutes per plate of chips for a low fat, low carb, low calorie snack.
The only pita bread I have found that is low in fat & carbs is Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread. It is available at some Walmart Super Centers in front of the cake display or with the bread. It is, also, available online. The cheapest online price/shipping charge I have found is at Netrition.com.
For calorie count assumes only half of the vegetable oil is consumed.
