I was desperate to use up our leftover ham from Christmas. I looked through my cupboard to see what I had and was inspired by the cans of Asparagus there. I have spaghetti listed, but you can use any pasta you like.
She had so much turkey she didn't know what to do ... so she made soup!

These mini bites are a quick and easy way to pop some protein. They can be reheated in the microwave in under 30 seconds. Freeze flat or refrigerate left overs. You'll need a 24 mini muffin pan.
All the ingredients of a California Roll without the carbs from the rice! Obviously not Sushi, but all the good stuff inside.
For this recipe you will need a mini muffin pan.
East to go breakfast, snack or as a side dish.
