Creamy Ham and Asparagus Casserole

I was desperate to use up our leftover ham from Christmas. I looked through my cupboard to see what I had and was inspired by the cans of Asparagus there. I have spaghetti listed, but you can use any pasta you like.

A good once in a while treat when you can't kick that chocolate craving. Similar to a bon-bon. This food can be high in saturated fat, but it is low in cholesterol and sodium. Also, this snack is high in fiber, iron, magnesium, zinc and potassium!

Mushroom and Goat Cheese Egg Bites

These mini bites are a quick and easy way to pop some protein. They can be reheated in the microwave in under 30 seconds. Freeze flat or refrigerate left overs. You'll need a 24 mini muffin pan.

California Roll "Sushi"

All the ingredients of a California Roll without the carbs from the rice! Obviously not Sushi, but all the good stuff inside.

Turkey Egg Bites

For this recipe you will need a mini muffin pan.
Nice appetizer.
East to go breakfast, snack or as a side dish.
