This makes a 1 1/2lb loaf. 1 lb loaf follows but is not used for nutritional values.
I tried this sandwich after learning about it from a tv show. The gentleman described this sandwich and I just had to make it. I love it and I dont eat sandwiches without meat.....I do now. :-)
Right now not to healthy but needed to put it on here so I could get help in making it healthier. PLEASE HELP. This was made from the box version. I loved the box one from Old El Paso but I wanted to make from scratch so here is my version. It is also made to feed a large family with leftovers.
I got this recipe from Betty Crocker site. It needs a little refinement to make it a bit healthier. Great for lunches.
I got this recipe from Allrecipes, submitted by Ellie11. I just made this soup and it is REALLY good. Next time though I think I'm going to add mor vegetables to it, just not sure which ones yet.
I got this recipe off of Just a Pinch website, it was submitte by Rachel. Haven't tried yet but I have the apple juice in the freezer. Thought about maybe adding protein powder to it also. Going to try the original way first then will go from there.
Just made this for the first time. and WOW amazing is all I can say. Next time I make it with the protein powder, good thing I have a vanilla one. Should be really good.
I know this is not healthy but it is so good. I don't make it but my roommate does and I needed to put it in here so I could put it in my food tracker. Now when she makes it she makes a very large batch thats the reason for the large number of servings. I just hope I got the serving size right. I've never actually divided out by 1 cup how many there is. I'm sure I'm really close. I will make a smaller batch some day and put in the correct amount.
Just something I threw together. Think I'm gonna add a can of potatoes next time so watch for the change.
This is the rice from the Polynesian Chicken and Rice recipe. I had rice left after I made a big batch of it and no way to put it down in calories. So here's just the rice. I'm using this mainly just for nutritional values only.
Xpress recipe. This recipe originally called for push cart onions "n sauce" in a jar, but I have no idea what that is or even where to find it, so I just used onion instead until I can find it. You can use your own chicken salad if you like instead of bought salad, just make sure you adjust the nutrional values.
My experiment. I will be playing with this recipe as I go. If you have any suggestions plz let me know.
This is a really good wrap if you like the turkey-bacon-ranch combination. I changed it up a bit and made it a little bit healthier. The original recipe called for 4T. ranch and 4-6 slices of deli turkey. I dropped the dressing down to 2T because 4 was just way to much and used Carl Buddig lunch meat where 1 pkg is only 100 calories.
This is the gravy recipe for the Turkey Dinner. It is from my Food Lovers Program
This recipe is from my Food Lovers Program, when I first made them I didn't all the correct ingredients (the healthy ones) but I made them with the stuff I had on hand, and they were really good. I almost have everything I need to make another batch the way the recipe says.
RediSetGo I cooked them in the small pan, made 18 pancakes at 34 cals each. I substituted egg beaters and bisquick healthsmart and 2% milk. Syrup not included in nutrion value. ( I didn't use any was good without it)
Original recipe used ground beef and not ground turkey. If you use beef make sure to adjust the nutrion value accordingly.
recipe for the Redi set go machine. I just made this tonight and it is awesome. I dont even like Italian dressing, but as far as the cooking goes might want to adjust the time to 12 minutes because the rice wasn't quite done, plus turn the chicken over at least half way thru. Other than that it is good stuff.
not sure if this is gonna work. It only got to half the size so I'm still going to experiment with it. Try different settings, other ingredients. But I will get it right.
My version of the potato and egg recipe. Recipe is set for 1 person eating it. If u want it for 2 the calories per each are 150 cals.
This is an awesome white bread that I use for a base for my bread machine. I add different things to it to liven it up but it's really good bread. This is a dairy-free recipe.
This comes from my Joy of Eating cookbook I received when I got the Food Lovers Fat Lose System.
This is a good pancake but I'm still trying to figure out how to make them a bit thicker. The first time I made them they were paper thin, this time they were a bit thicker. I think the blender made the differenct. Gonna try egg whites only next time and whip them up separately then fold the rest in, see if that helps. Other than that they are really good tasting.
i wanted something quick and I went through my cabinet and here is what i came up with. I didnt have light or ff miracle whip but next time I will have that or maybe substitute yogurt instead to make it healthier. Plus use turkey bacon.
This is a base recipe. I love mashed potato pancakes and have been looking for a recipe for a long time. I have found many different ones and will be trying the all. I liked this one for the spices added.
I took this recipe from the back of the Reames Noodle package but used my own measurements, no bay leaves, accidently used basil leaves instead.
I found this recipe off another site and used it for a basis to make these cupcakes
I love this recipe for chicken and rice but i could use some help on how to make it healthier any suggestions plz.
