I always looked forward to having this salad, enjoying it out on the town, or during the holidays. With its simple ingredients combined so nicely with crisp and refreshing greens, it really makes you realize how simple it is when you break it down. This recipe shows you how to make that classic Caesar dressing that we all know and love. Easily paired with croutons and a little extra vegan parmesan, you are all set for a classy meal. Okay...it doesn't have to be a classy meal but you can sure feel fancy...maybe a top hat and gloves if you really want to go all out! No? Okay just the salad then. Serve this dressing tossed with greens or use it as a great marinade with veggies and/or vegan meats.
