Sherylds Mock Chicken Fried Rice
I created this dish in order to use lots of common veggies and still enjoy a take out treat. It can easily be done with pork or shrimp or beef.
sherylds tuscan chicken bean stew (1.5 cup)
hearty stew/soup great basis for a pasta sauce as well.

add baby spinach after cooking for a different variation
