I make this for breakfast but can be eaten anytime. It is very light and easy to digest. You can eat it as is or with 1-2 tbsp of fat-free plain yougart. I make this much it feeds two people (1 cup serving) for a week.

Ekadashi is fast in which in any kind of grain (rice/wheat) cannot be eaten. I created this for my purpose to eat for dinner in place of chappati/roti.
