Put this one fish or chicken prior to baking for a yummy glaze. Use low sodium to curb the sodium but I always just use the packets you get from chinese take out.
24 ounce base recipe for the Hamilton Beach Half Pint Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker. I use fat free and light ingredients and a sugar substitute.
From Hungry Girl with a few changes:
I used an extra oz of chicken because thats how my chicken breast turned out.
I used reduced fat sour cream instead of FF mayonnaise because I can't stand mayo.
I also used FF greek yogurt for extra creaminess in place of regular FF yogurt.
From Hungry Girl but with reduced fat sour cream instead of FF mayo (i can't stand mayo!) and regular grated parmesan.
Classic Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins with Chocolate chips instead of raisins.
From Rachel Ray with a few substitutions:
-99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
-Fat Free refried beans
This recipe was a "clean out the kitchen" recipe, using almost rotten apples, the last of some old bown sugar, and the remnants of an opened bottle of chardonnay.

An exquisite combination of cranberry and mustard bestows a tangy flavor to the tenderloin. You can create your own cranberry sauce to control the sugar (not included in the recipe).
For even cooking, I place the pork on foil balls in the slow cooker. You can use halved potatoes, too.
Good and hearty for a cold winter day.
For 5, 6, 7 quart slow cookers, double all ingredients except for the evaporated milk, increase the evaporated milk to 19 oz.
Delicious and easy tender barbeque. You can use beef roast or pork shoulder roast. Either is great! Put this on a roll with some of the onions and pickle chips and it kind of reminds me of a McRib! The recipe makes a ton, so it is great for parties.
Got this out of the newspaper on an article for baking for two. It make 8 muffins.
From "Hungry Girl 200 Under 200" These are JUST like potato skins but without all the starchy carbs, grease, oil, and other unnecessary items. You won't believe how satisfying and fantastic they are! -Hungry Girl
