I got this recipe from SparkRecipe, but decided to calulate it myself. With my measurements adding in egg noodles.
Cook in the crock pot 5-6 hours
Jennie-O 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey, 24 oz (remove)
*Worcester Sauce (1tsp=1serv), 4 serving (remove)
Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 2 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked (remove)
This is still a work in progress so I'm moving ingredients around.
I changed the serving size
and add sour cream
20 oz boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup onions
3/4 cup celery
1 1/2 cups carrots
1tbsp flaxseed
6 cups 100% fat free chicken broth
33 % less sodium (3 cans)
1 Can Campbells cream of chicken 50% less sodium
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
2 tbsp black pepper

Ronzoni healthy harvest whole grain noodles 12oz
you can condense this down to your liking..
