Version of Ina Garten's Roasted Chicken
This is super simple, extremely flavorful, and amazingly juicy chicken.
This is a pasta version of my favorite salad, Greek Salad. Add sliced cucumber as a side dish for the full effect! Whole wheat pasta gives it a great fiber boost.

This is an adapted recipe for a classic Thanksgiving side dish. There is a little heavy cream and butter which gives a lot of richness and flavor, but not so much that it makes it an unhealthy dish.
