No strawberries? Use whatever is in season. Apples are great! Also, no seeds? No worries. Either don't use them or use what you have. I was out of sesame seeds so I used flax seeds instead. It was great. Or sunflower seeds or some finely chopped nuts.
Not a healthy food by any means. But, I was able to reduce some (SOME not many) of the calories and fat by using light margarine and 1% milk. Plus the oatmeal is a good source of fiber. Okay, so call it healthy if you want. I won't tell.
