This is a very filling turkey version of meatloaf. Even your most red meat lover will LOVE this! This can easily be a meal by it's self!

| BIGBEARZ Homemade Turkey Meatloaf 1 lb ground turkey, 2 eggs, 4 stalks celery,4 1/2 peppers, 1/2 onion, 2 c carrots, 1/2 c of bread crumbs. Mix veggies in the food processor, med fine, mix N lg bowl Add salt and pepper to taste, mold and put in a covered pan or roaster. Cook for 45min to 1 hr. Top w/ Mozzarella |
