cottage cheese pancakes

Induction friendly and low carb

Paleo club crackers

This is a recipe from Paleomom.com

Pumpkin bowl cake (low Carb)

This cake packs 12 grams of protein and only 13 carbs. I think its perfect for breakfast or to quench any sweet tooth.
If you want to change up the flavor, just change the fruit you add. I use mashed banana for banana bread, blueberries for a great blueberry muffin (just add 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce), I have even done diced apples in place of the pumpkin. They are all so good. Enjoy!

Paleo avadado mayo

This is so quick and easy to do and the taste far exceeds anything you can buy in the store. So worth it. This recipe does require raw egg. I do pasturize my egg first before using them in this recipe. It's a very easy process and you can learn how on the internet. I highly recommend you do this to prevent salmonella.
You can also add in chipoltes in adobe sauce for chipolte mayo, or pesto for pesto mayo or anything you want. Love this stuff!

Blueberry muffins (gluten free)

These are really good and can be paleo friendly if you omit the splenda. Enjoy!

Pasta Peperonata

This is a quick meal that will taste like you ordered in from a restaurant.

Pumpkin caramel latte

This is so comforting and perfect this time of year.

Healthy spinach pie

A friend of mine was experimenting and this recipe was a score!

Asian Coleslaw

This was very tasty, my entire family loves it.

Spoon cookies

These are worth every bit of work. They are delicately delish!

pumpkin protein smoothie

This is so creamy and delicious

Shrimp burger

These are really good. You can top them with Wasabi mayo or plain mayo or tarter sauce.

Pan Seared Tuna Kebobs with Wasabi Mayo dipping sauce

This is light and delish. I usually make these skewers for parties. They are always a big hit.

oven fried chicken

This taste like the real thing!

pasta, beans and chicken sausage soup

This is comfort food at it's best.
This makes 6 huge servings and is one of my families favorites. I'm often told that it taste like soup that you would get from an Italian restaurant.

I serve this with crusty Italian bread and top with a little parmigiano reggiano, for additional calories of course :)

shepards pie (turkey)

This is a family favorite. My kids always request this and its easy to put together.

Polenta Stuffed Peppers

This is a great lowfat version of stuffed peppers. I love the flavor the peppers give to the polenta
