Induction friendly and low carb
This is a recipe from Paleomom.com
This cake packs 12 grams of protein and only 13 carbs. I think its perfect for breakfast or to quench any sweet tooth.
If you want to change up the flavor,just change the fruit you add. I use mashed banana for banana bread, blueberries for a great blueberry muffin (just add 2 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce), I have even done diced apples in place of the pumpkin. They are all so good. Enjoy!
This is so quick and easy to do and the taste far exceeds anything you can buy in the store. So worth it. This recipe does require raw egg. I do pasturize my egg first before using them in this recipe. It's a very easy process and you can learn how on the internet. I highly recommend you do this to prevent salmonella.
You can also add in chipoltes in adobe sauce for chipolte mayo, or pesto for pesto mayo or anything you want. Love this stuff!
