My version of Coach Nicole's Chewy Granola Bars - I just wanted to see how my different ingredients would affect the nutritional information.
Delicious dressing! It helps me get salads down. It does have fat, but at least there aren't any strange ingredients. 1/2 Tbsp may not seem like a lot, but it's so flavorful that you don't need any more! You may use any kind of oil and vinegar.
This is a tweaked, practically fat-free version of LIBBY'S pumpkin cranberry bread. If you want, you can fold in 1 c. unsweetened cranberries at the end.
My egg count is a little weird because a) we only have jumbo eggs & b) I used 2 yolks so that I could save the whites to eat.
